What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt from Stripe immediately, then you pick a time from my live availability and a calendar invite goes straight to your inbox with the meeting link. For ebooks, the download link appears on the confirmation page and by email.
Can you get me a job?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. I cannot refer you into a role or influence a hiring decision. What I can do is make you dramatically better at earning one.
How long are the sessions valid for?
Single sessions should be booked within one month. The 3-session package is valid for three months, and tutoring runs across three months.
Do you offer refunds?
Coaching is refundable in full if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session. Ebooks are digital and non-refundable once downloaded — but if the book is not what you expected, email me and we will sort it out.
Is there a free trial for tutoring?
Yes. Tutoring includes a free trial class before you commit to the full ten sessions.
What timezone are you in?
Seattle, WA — US Pacific. The booking page shows every slot converted into your own timezone automatically, and I keep early mornings and late evenings open for people in India and Europe.
Is the app the same as the book?
Same question bank, different job. The book is for reading through and understanding the pattern; the STAR Interview app is for drilling questions in the ten minutes before your interview starts. Plenty of people buy both.
